now the card was suspended and we will receive a new one. This card had 0 ZERO balance before we checked in. The purchases are under Credit Card investigation but both Fraud department and us are almost sure the hard was hacked/cloned after we scan the card and checked in. I called credit company right away and reported that we did NOT used the card after we checked in. On July 29th at night and also 30th in the morning I received couple e-mails and sms messages telling us that the card had suspicious activity and people used for more than 1000 dollars in purchases (on line, target, RBNB, Smalltalk cellular etc). We checked in July 29 and checked out July 30th. When we checked in (the hotel was already paid through trip website 1 week ago) my wife used her credit card as all hotels do for security deposit and incidents. I was on the second floor and the only ice / vending machine it is located at the end of the first floor. The parking is charged 21 dollars otherwise any car without a Hotel dashboard ticket could be towed. The location is REALLY across Universal Studio, I saw many people waling and crossing the street towards the park.
